Delivery Policy

At Blossom Herbal Haircare, we are committed to getting your haircare products to you safely, quickly, and conveniently. Here’s how our delivery works:

1. local Delivery ( within Accra)

Coverage: This option covers area within Accra or close to the metropolitan.
Delivery Times: Delivery is done 24-48 hours after order is confirmed.

How it works:
- Place your order online and select within local delivery at checkout.
- Our rider will contact you to confirm your delivery address.
Important: Please ensure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays.

2. Outskirts of Accra

This refers to locations that are too far for our riders to reach on their daily routes. We deliver to these locations by station to station, parcel service or extensive okada riders. Rest assured, your package will reach you .

3. Other Regions (outside Accra)

• Coverage: We deliver to all other parts of Ghana through VIP, Station to station drivers, parcel offices and others.

• Delivery Rate: Delivery rate of 25 cedis charged at check out only covers dispatch fee from our end to the office of whichever station or parcel service you choose.

The delivery of your package from the station to your location will be determined by the station driver or the parcel office. The payment will be done to them.

- Place your order online and select Other Regions( Outside Accra) at checkout.
- Our rider will contact you to confirm your delivery address.
- Your details and that of the driver will be exchanged for safety.
